Your hosts, Lisa & Sam Shumaker

Join us at our 100 year old farmhouse situated directly between the Centennial Trail and the Pilchuck River in Snohomish, Washington.

A perfect place to spend a summer weekend with family or friends, our rustic, 3-bedroom home sleeps 8 comfortably. It's fully stocked with linens, dishes and more - bring your bikes and life-jackets and be ready to play!

The home has direct, private access to the Pilchuck River. Set up your chairs and let the kids play while groups float by on the river. Kayak, inner-tube or just splash, the water is shallow and slow moving in the summer.

Ride your bikes on the Centennial Trail into Downtown Snohomish, named one of the Top 10 Coolest Small Towns in America. Full of excellent cafes, coffee shops and antique stores, Snohomish has something for everyone.

This is a family property, and you may see us working in the garden, tending our pumpkin patch or enjoying the river as well. We welcome you as our guest and are available for any needs you may have.

$200/night, 2-night minimum stay.
